DT-47807 Low-Reverse Clutch Piston Seal Protector

Application: Malibu

It is critical that the inner seal lip on the piston is not damaged as the piston is installed over the support hub. Any nicks or cuts will affect clutch apply and transaxle function of the 6T40. DT-47807 allows the low/reverse piston to slide smoothly over the retaining ring grooves and into the correct position.
